Grand Finals Dance Photography Packages

Pricing:

• Package 1 - One discipline: £100 per day
• Package 2 - Two disciplines: £130 per day
• Package 3 - Three disciplines: £160 per day
• Package 4 – 4 or more disciplines: £190 per day
• Examples of discipline are: ballroom solo, latin solo, smooth solo, teacher/student smooth, teacher/student ballroom, teacher/student latin, couple ballroom, couple latin etc.

What You Get:

• Minimum Number of Photos: At least 10 photos for each discipline (i.e. ballroom or latin).
• Final Quantity: The actual total number depends on the events you dance and how many rounds you progress through.
• Delivery: Edited, full-resolution digital downloads within 10 working days after the end of the competition. Please note I edit all photos by myself to ensure quality and not by sub-contracting out to overseas bulk photo editors.

Coverage & Service:

• Non-Exclusive: I will track you throughout the day but will also be photographing other pre-ordering dancers.
• No Guarantee of Full Coverage: I will try to capture as many of your rounds as possible, but cannot guarantee photos from every single one.

Photo Licence:

• Photos are for private use (e.g., social media, personal printing).
• Not for commercial use (e.g., you cannot allow a sponsor to use them for promotion or use them for any profit-making purpose).

Booking & Payment:

• A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking.
• This deposit forms part of the full payment.

Deposit Refund Policy:
Your deposit is refundable if:

1. I have too many pre-orders for your event (on a first-come, first-served basis).
2. I fail to take any photos of you, except in circumstances beyond my control.
3. You inform me of any issue preventing you from competing, at least 24 hours before your very first round.
4. You pre-ordered multiple disciplines and I fail to take photos for one discipline, £30 will be refunded subject to discount adjustment.

The Pre-Order Concept:
The main benefit of pre-ordering is not the number of photos you will get, but the commitment from both sides to create better photographic opportunities throughout the day, increasing the chance of us getting photos we love. With a pre-order, you are not paying more than £10 per photo My priority on the day is with those who pre-ordered.
