Search4 U details:

1. Place Your Order: You start by paying a £30 refundable deposit. This shows your commitment and covers the initial time and effort required to search for and edit your photos.
2. The In-Depth Search: I will perform a comprehensive search through all the photos from the competition. My goal is to locate your images and place them in your own private preview gallery within 10 working days of your order.
3. The Outcomes:

• If I find your photos: The £30 deposit becomes part of your total payment. You are obliged to purchase:
  • All edited high-resolution photos if less than 4 photos are found.
  • A minimum of 4 edited high-resolution photos if 8 or more photos are found.
  • All final photos are delivered in full resolution, perfect for printing up to poster size. They are £26 each (£30 each for the Royal Albert Hall).
• If no photos are found: I will refund your deposit, minus a £15 search and processing fee for the time spent.
• Scope: The search is on a per dancer and per competition day basis.
• If you find photos but decide not to buy: If I successfully find and edit photos for your preview but you choose not to make a purchase, the £30 deposit is retained as remuneration for the service and effort provided.

4. Photo Licence:

• Photos are for private use (e.g., social media, personal printing).
• Not for commercial use (e.g., you cannot allow a sponsor to use them for promotion or use them for any profit-making purpose).

5. My Quality Promise to You

I will never offer a photo that doesn't meet my high technical and artistic standards. I guarantee the quality of the image, but I cannot guarantee your personal preference for a particular shot, as this depends on many factors beyond a photographer's control.
